Steven didn't discover this problem from a pitch deck. He worked inside it.
As Sales Manager for the Beauty West Africa trade show at b2b events, an event organiser running large international trade shows in Nigeria, Steven sat in one office with operations, marketing, logistics, finance, and sales. He saw how every department worked. And he saw how enquiries were handled: by email, by WhatsApp, by hand. Slowly.
He also worked directly with the stand designers and furniture suppliers on those shows. Same problem on their side. Enquiries coming in, responses going out days later, deals already gone.
